How & what shall I do? I have a prescription for a companion dog I don’t have money for a companion dog I have PTSD anxiety and bipolar with a bad heart. I really would like to give it a try. I had a bichon frenchy some one stole her. Our chow was 11 yrs old he died they were a real comfort for me now that I don’t have a dog my anxiety ECT is getting harder to adjust if u can help me with this issue I will truly appreciate it Lola is some what my princess diva was for me when I cry

Theresa and America made some pretty good points that, actually touched me. Like for one, pets give you a reason to get up in the morning. Like, I can relate. Like I will set an alarm and I will mostly let myself sleep through it. My dog will let me sleep and wake me up at 7. But some mornings he lets me sleep. Another point that I found was pets reflect your energy that they contain and throw it back at you. Yes. I hear this one with flying colors. My dog is only a year old and he reflects a
