I Feel Lonely

February 26, 2020

America and Theresa breakdown what it means to be lonely and the difference between being alone and feeling loneliness. They share moments where they’ve felt lonely in their lives, the value of finding your “go-to person” and attempting to discover some connections outside your friends’ circle. If you do experience loneliness you have to run a self-check and see if you can possibly improve your situation and make the time to make new friends; be brave and be open.
